Carpet steam cleaning

Many leases require professionally cleaned carpets. Add it to your clean and get a receipt for your agent.

What's included in every end of lease clean

Our end of lease cleaning follows a detailed real estate cleaning checklist. Everything listed below is included. Transparent pricing with no hidden fees.

Living areas and bedrooms
Dust all surfaces, doors, tracks, switches, skirting boards and fittings. Wardrobes and cupboards are wiped inside and outside if empty, followed by a complete vacuum and mop of all floors.
Bathrooms
Full sanitisation of the shower, bathtub, toilet, vanity, mirrors and fittings. Shower screens and wall tiles are cleaned, cupboards are wiped inside and outside if empty and floors are thoroughly mopped. Standard laundry is cleaned if applicable.
Windows and floors
Internal windows, frames and sills are dusted and wiped clean.
Kitchen
Benchtops and splashbacks, cooktop, sink and taps. Wipe cupboards inside and out (if empty), general clean of the range hood, and general clean of the oven (internal and external).
General cleaning
Removal of all indoor cobwebs throughout the property.
Extras that cost more
Balcony or courtyard, garage, blinds, heavy-grease ovens, wall washing and exterior windows cost extra. See the Prices page for add-on prices. Heavy mould or rubbish removal is quoted separately, and we tell you the price before you book.

Tony has been cleaning for the past year, and the people who have used his service trust him to get the job done properly. Now he is running Tony the Cleaner to do the same for tenants across Melbourne.

How long does the clean take?
It depends on the size and condition of the property. We confirm a time window when you book.
Do I need to be home?
No. Once we have access, we can clean while you're out. The property should be empty of your belongings so we can reach every surface.
What's included in an end of lease clean?
Kitchen including oven and rangehood, bathrooms, laundry, bedrooms, living areas, inside windows and sills, and all floors, plus removal of indoor cobwebs. See the Services page for the full checklist.
Is the price really fixed?
Yes. Our prices are for an empty property in average condition and the standard checklist. Heavily soiled homes, properties over 4 bedrooms, heavy mould and rubbish removal are quoted free before you book, so you always know the price first.
Do you clean carpets?
Yes, as an add-on. Many leases require professional carpet cleaning, so check yours. On 2, 3 and 4 bedroom homes it adds just $50 to your end of lease clean. You get a receipt for your agent.
Can I get a receipt for my agent?
Yes. You get a receipt after the clean to give your agent.
What if my agent finds something we missed?
Tell us and we'll come back and fix anything from the standard checklist at no extra charge.
How do I pay?
You can pay by cash, bank transfer or card. We confirm the price before you pay.
Which suburbs do you cover?
We cover Melbourne, including the inner and outer western suburbs. Ask us if you're not sure whether we cover your suburb.
